How Pixyn protects your data, generations and payments.
How we protect your data
Your account has no password, your card details never reach us, and your prompts and results are available only to you. Details below.
Account and sign-in
- Passwordless sign-in: a code sent to your email, a Google account or Telegram. No password is created or requested, so there is none to steal from us.
- The email code is single-use and valid for a limited time.
- Telegram sign-in is verified with Telegram's signature.
- Sessions have a limited lifetime and end when you sign out.
Payments
- Card details are entered on the payment provider's side. We receive the payment ID and the amount.
- Every payment gets a fiscal receipt sent to your email.
Generations and media
- Prompts and results are available to you in your history. They are not shared with third parties, except the neural network that runs the request.
- Uploaded photos are used only for the generation they were sent for.
- Retention periods and deletion are described in the privacy policy. You can request deletion of your data.
Where your request goes
The request is run by the neural network you choose, which processes it under its own policy. We provide the list of processors on request at contact@pixyn.ru.
Connection
The website, the Telegram app and the API work over HTTPS only; requests over the unencrypted protocol are redirected to the secure one.
Content moderation
Each neural network applies its own rules and rejects requests that do not comply with them. We keep generation history to review complaints as described in the offer.
Compliance
- 152-FZ "On Personal Data": we comply with the requirements for processing users' personal data.
- 149-FZ "On Information": we comply with its data storage requirements.
- Right to deletion: users can request deletion of their data by writing to contact@pixyn.ru.

Found a vulnerability or suspicious activity? Write to contact@pixyn.ru with the subject "SECURITY" or to @pixyn_support. We aim to reply within 24 hours and handle critical vulnerabilities as a priority.
